What are the operating hourse of Lifestylemart/eMart outlets?

Can members of the public shop at Lifestylemart/eMart?

Public are able to visit our stores in SAFRA Punggol and The Chevrons to purchase most items with cash/credit card.

Members of the public are welcome to visit our stores at SAFRA Punggol, The Chevrons and CMPB to purchase items. Most items can be purchased by all. Available payment methods include cash and credit card.

For orders made from OneNS, what are the collection methods available?

For orders made via OneNS, you may select from 3 collection methods - home delivery, self-collection @ Army Logistics Base (ALB), or self-collection @ any of our eLockers located at commercial Lifestylemarts & various army camps.

Army Logistics Base (ALB) is located at 601 Old Choa Chu Kang Rd, Singapore 699817.

Collection hours are as follows:

Mon-Thu: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Fri: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

How do I know which payment method I can use for an item?

Red Label: SAF-Credit only

White Label: SAF-Credit or Cash

Yellow Label: Cash only

Are the same products available at every Lifestylemart/eMart outlet?

Product selection and availability may very between outlets. Some products may also be available exclusively on our Lazada store. Follow us on social media for the latest product updates and where you can find them.

Can I try on items before purchasing?

Yes, where applicable. However, for hygiene purposes, certain items such as swimming trunks and socks cannot be tried on. These items also cannot be exchanged after purchased.

Can I exchange an item after purchasing it?

Exchange eligibility depends on the item and applicable exchange policy. Certain items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please retain your receipt/proof of purchase and approach our staff for assistance.

Why am I charged for plastic bags?

In support of SAF's " GO GREEN" initiatives, our eMarts charge $0.10 per transaction for a plastic bag. We encourage customers to bring your own reusable bag when shopping with us.

Are there any size restrictions when purchasing items using SAF credits?

For shoes: SAF credits applicable to boots, running shoes and sandals. You may buy +/- 1 size per your current sizing. (E.g. If you are a size 8, you may purchase size 7, 8, and 9)

For apparels: No purchasing of opposite gender's apparels.

How do I check for my SAF Credits Balance?

For more information on your SAF credits balance, please log in (using Singpass) on the eMart NS Portal and click "Information".
