Can public visit the store and make purchase?

Public are able to visit our stores in SAFRA Punggol and The Chevrons to purchase most items with cash/credit card.

Is there any size restriction for SAF credits purchase?

For shoes: SAF credits applicable to boots, running shoes and sandals. You may buy +/- 1 size per your current sizing. (eg. If you are a size 8, you may purchase size 7,8,and 9)

For apparels: No purchasing of opposite gender's apparels..

What are the various transaction type for the products in the store?

Red Label: SAF-Credit only

White Label: SAF-Credit or Cash

Yellow Label: Cash only

May I try on item before I make a purchase?

For hygiene purposes, swimming trunks and socks cannot be tried on. These items cannot be exchange after purchased.

WHy am i charged for plastic bag?

Supporting SAF " GO GREEN" initiatives, our emarts will be charging $0.10 per transaction for plastic bag. We would encourage your support for the initiative by bringing your own reusable bag with you when shopping with us.

How do I check for my remaining SAF Credit?

For more information on your SAF credits balance, please log in via the eMart NS Portal and click "information".
